How it Works:

Digital Precision: The system can be programmed via an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) for different strap widths. The oscillator's travel distance and speed are set digitally, with no mechanical parts to change.

Advanced Patterns: You can implement sophisticated winding patterns like:

Precursive Wind: Slightly increasing the oscillation frequency as the coil diameter grows to maintain a tight pattern.

Step-Back Wind: Making small shifts at the coil edges to build a perfectly square, stable coil.

Tension Control Integration: The system can easily integrate with a tension measurement system (e.g., a load cell or dancer arm), allowing the PLC to dynamically adjust both winding torque and oscillation speed to maintain perfect, consistent tension from the core to the full coil.
